Shipping & Delivery

 

When can I expect my order?

We aim to ship most orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. During high-demand times like holidays or sales events, processing may take 5-7 business days. Severe weather or other unexpected events may also cause delays.

 

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

At checkout, you’ll see the estimated transit time for your selected shipping option based on your location. Please note these are estimates only and do not guarantee exact delivery dates. The listed transit times apply after the package leaves our warehouse and do not include processing time.

 

Domestic Orders:

Standard shipping starts at $4.99 and typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

We also offer expedited options, with rates based on shipping method, destination, and weight.

Free Standard Shipping applies to domestic orders over $150 after discounts or gift cards are applied. This offer may change during sales events.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

International Orders: (we do not currently ship internationally)

 

If a shipping carrier cannot deliver to your address, please contact us, and we’ll make arrangements with an alternative service provider.

 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

 

Shipping Policies for Other Brands

We offer a curated selection of products from other brands on our site. Our shipping policy only applies to products we make, such as cards, T-shirts, and hoodies. Some third-party products are fulfilled directly by the brand and may follow their own shipping timelines and policies. If your order includes one of these items, you’ll receive separate tracking and shipping details. For questions about these items, please contact the original brand directly.

Refund Policy


We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chris@rbilife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.
