You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, any items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If this applies, we will provide a return address and send a replacement or refund once the defective item is returned.

Return Shipping Costs

To ensure you receive the correct item, the fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refund Process

We do not issue refunds if:

Shipping
To return your product, you will be provided with a shipping label if your return is approved. For returns not related to defects or damage, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
